As a senior operations executive, I lead teams with the determination to drive profitability. I develop business solutions and capabilities to out-perform the market. My passions are to design the right tools that our clients and customers can't wait to use, and to lead my teams to their highest possible performance goals. I do this through proven systems backed by solid analytics that reveal today's needs and uncover tomorrow's opportunities. I provide my teams with vision and direction, and then empower them through progressive coaching and continual feedback. I develop and mentor highly productive organizations and management teams through business, financial, and market development processes and strategies.

I am known for a collaborative style of leadership where I enjoy developing ideas and paths to greatness. I get the biggest thrill out of seeing my colleagues, peers, and subordinates push me out of my role so that they can take over. This push inspires me to leave my comfort zone and broaden my skills and experiences.

I have designed, programmed, sold and implemented solutions that have been used in over 34 countries spanning all private industries, public sector municipalities and all levels of educational institutions. My solutions span the broad categories of IT, Operations, Finance, Sales, Human Resources, and General Management, as well as the very specific functions of business development, compensation and reward management, job evaluation, and market pricing. I have set up development road maps, define vendor assessment strategy, purchase and implement ERP and expert system solutions, cascading corporate achievement goals, deploy, monitor and analyze performance evaluation processes, set up training program course tracking, design salary management planning, implement seven separate job evaluation philosophies, modeled classification study analyses, create multiple structural analysis and design, develop one-off job and position reviews, perform annual market pricing processes and many other critical business processes. I solve the challenges of the largest global organizations, the smallest corporations in your hometown, and all those in between.

Passion

What gets me really fired up every day is helping management see and understand the long-term benefits of solidly built programs. The look in their eyes as they realize how the programs I introduce take them to the next level, never gets old. I typically use data analytics and best practices information combined with specific organizational goals and objectives as a springboard for the models. These models are then tested against known results and rational expectations. I recommend continually monitoring the data over time to make sure that the path we started is still the path we are on. This simple process applies to enterprise wide programs as well as niche expert-level programs.

My dual passion is building software solutions that allow my programs to be managed long after the project is over. I do not want to just pontificate the best solution the company can pursue, I want to be able to offer a long-term solution that can be implemented, managed, and that produce lasting benefits. Creating a solution for today is great. But creating a great solution that stands up to the test of time because it can be easily monitored and maintained through solid processes and slick software is outstanding!
